Disclaimer
Last updated 26 September 2026.
This page summarizes, in one place, the disclaimers that also appear in our Terms & Conditions. Where the two differ, the Terms & Conditions govern.
We are a directory, not the business
SeeMyHotels lists stays, cafés, street food, and restaurants ("Listings") for discovery purposes. We are not a booking agent, travel agent, property manager, or the accommodation or food provider itself, and we are not a party to any booking, reservation, purchase, or visit you make with a Listing. Any arrangement — a reservation, a payment, a stay, a meal — is strictly between you and that business. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, how a Listing conducts itself, what it charges, its safety or hygiene standards, or whether it honors what it told you.
Listing accuracy is not guaranteed
Listing information is submitted by contributors and reviewed by our team before publishing, but that review checks plausibility and basic completeness — it is not an independent investigation, and we do not verify prices, availability, hours, amenities, photos, or descriptions against reality at the time you view them, or afterward. Details can change at any time after a Listing goes live. Always confirm directly with a property, café, or restaurant before relying on anything shown here, especially price and availability.
The "Verified" badge is not an endorsement
A Listing marked Verified has passed our team's basic publishing review at the time it was checked. It is not a physical inspection of the premises, not a safety, hygiene, or quality certification, not an endorsement or recommendation by SeeMyHotels, and not a guarantee that the Listing still matches what was reviewed. Treat it as one input into your own decision, not a substitute for it.
Reviews and user content
Reviews, ratings, and photos on a Listing are submitted by other users and reflect their own opinions and experiences, not ours. We don't verify that a reviewer actually visited or stayed, and we don't endorse the content of any review.
Claimed listings
A property owner or operator who claims their Listing manages that Listing's own content going forward. Claiming a Listing does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with SeeMyHotels, and we are not responsible for anything a claimed owner or operator does or fails to do.
No professional advice
Nothing on the Service is travel, safety, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment, and where it matters — safety, health, large payments — verify independently before you act.
Full terms
This Disclaimer is a summary. The complete disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification terms are set out in full in our Terms & Conditions, which apply alongside this page.
